Baneberry and Doll’s Eyes

Blog post 2 Baneberries (Actaea spp.)  are one of my favorite woodland species.  The two species found in the Northeast are Actaea rubra, the red baneberry and Actaea pachypoda, often referred to Doll’s eyes.
